Privacy notice
Who we are
Parcel Crew Jobs is an independent, privately run job channel for delivery drivers in Devon. We share driver roles offered by local delivery companies and help you apply. We are not an employer and we do not run the application process: the application form you complete belongs to the employer.
What we store
- Your name and the contact details you give us: phone number, email address, town or postcode.
- The messages you exchange with our Facebook Page or our WhatsApp number, and our replies.
- Basic technical records, such as the time you tapped our application link.
Why we store it
For one purpose: to help with your job application and to answer your questions about the role. We use it to send you the application link, to check the basic requirements with you, and to follow up on how your application is going.
Automated replies
Some first replies are sent automatically. Anything the automation cannot answer is passed to a person. You can ask for a person at any time.
Where it is kept
Our records are held in a database hosted in London, United Kingdom, and processed through Cloudflare. Messages sent through Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp also exist on Meta's platforms under Meta's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Six months from your last message to us, then it is deleted.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message and we delete your name and number.
- Message the Page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
What we never do
We never sell your data and we never share it with anyone except the employer you choose to apply to, through their own application form, which you fill in yourself.
